To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: In your email or call, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team at Ramelli will review your request and provide you with return authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back before receiving confirmation from us.

    Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at [email protected] or 415-845-9723. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item along with your order number. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after completing the inspection.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
